(More customer reviews)This is the type of roast my mother used. I debated, at first whether to spend extra money on a higher brand, but I'm glad I chose this one. It's prefect for medium to large turkeys. Just remember, for larger turkeys, you might need to cover the turkey with aluminum foil or tie down the wings and legs, until the turkey has time to cook. Otherwise the lid might pop off since it doesn't have a locking feature. This happened to me, but I caught it in time so that the turkey didn't dry out. This roaster made my turkey tender and moist. Pretty color too!
