(More customer reviews)I was looking for an inexpensive pan for roasting turkeys and making gravy, ideally not made of aluminum. While this item was delivered promptly, we were disappointed with it on a number of counts. First and foremost, the enamel coating on the pan was defective. This led us to return the pan for a refund (which was handled by Amazon with no hassle at all). Second, the pan had ridges running its length which would have made gravy making pretty impossible (this was an attribute of the pan that I was unaware of when I ordered). Third, the rack was so flimsy and low (more of what I would describe as a cake cooling rack) that anything of substantial size would have "bottomed out" onto the pan, which sort of defeats the purpose of having a rack, I think. I really can't recommend this product and can't think of how it would be useful in a kitchen, my kitchen anyway.
