(More customer reviews)The Scanpan looks and feels like and is just as good as the All Clad Roti Pan. Save the $60 and get the Fusion 5 instead. This pan is far better than Calphalon, Emeril's, KitchenAid, and Cusinart' pans-- which are not heavy enough to roast well IMO. It's on the small side, like the All-Clad Roti pan, so if you are in need of a pan that can handle a large turkey, for example, this pan won't do. But for a small/medium turkey or roast, or a chicken this pan is perfect.
