I brined it overnight then injected it with a combination of soy and Worcestershire sauce then put it on the rotisserie for 4 hours. The flavor and moisture content rivaled a fried turkey without all of the saturated fat. The basket is well made with high quality components. I expect to get many years of service out of it.
