(More customer reviews)Love this verticle rack.Durable.Easy clean up.Small enough to do a single cornish game hen.just rub with evoo, salt & pepper.Throw a cut lemon into the roasting pan with 1/2 cup of water.Place the wholething into a preheated 400 degree oven for 55min.Boom!Done.Crispy crispy skin and thouroughly cooked chicken. Yum.
