(More customer reviews)This is a lovely roasting pan, very heavy and well made.Amazon delivered it promptly.HOWEVER, the instructions for care were all in German and although Amazon supplied me with contact information I cannot get help from Silit.Instructions should be in English if shipped to the U.S.Not everyone can read German.This is an expensive pan that I am afraid to use because I do not know how to care for it properly.
