(More customer reviews)I searched for the flat style Skewer for the Kofta style (ground meat) Middle Eastern Kababs. To say I am extremely satisfied with these would be an understatement. The meat does not roll or fall off of the skewer. The skewer for perfect Chele Kababs. The broad area of the skewer transfers heat to the inside of the meat for an evenly cooked Kabab.
