(More customer reviews)I cook 15 pounds of turkey in the GE roaster oven in just 3 1/2 hours & the turkey turned into golden brown with moisture in the turkey meat. Before we used to cook in our gas range & it created smoke in our kitchen. This GE roaster oven doesn't create any smoke but be careful not to touch the outer surface of the roaster oven because it was too hot. The only down side of this roaster oven, the lid cover was made of steel instead of glass in which you could easily see if the food you are cooking already cook because if you open the lid cover it will come out the heat inside the oven & it needs to add another minutes to cook the food. I would highly recommend this product to everyone who doesn't have any roaster cooker. It comes with 2 years warranty.
