(More customer reviews)First of all I just want to say that this is only a flat wire rack roasting pan.Nothing fancy here like a stainless steel All-Clad roasting pan.Also, I didn't give this a 5 star rating because I save my love for my family but I like this pan a whole lot and would recommend it to anyone.

When I first grabbed this pan in its packaging, I thought there must be something extra included underneath the pan.Nope, this pan is just built out of heavy gauge steel.This pan is made by cutting a pattern out of the steel and then all 4 sides are folded together and the flaps from the long sides wrapped around the ends.The seams are so tight on the inside it almost, almost being the key word, looks like they were welded together.The top edge has a wire rod running around the perimeter and then the sides are rolled over it to give the pan rigidity.The wire rack is not as robust as those used in bigger roasting pans but it is still more that sturdy enough to support anything I'd use it for.Both the rack and pan have a non-stick coating which should make clean-up easy.I'll have to see about that after I roast a whole chicken.

Lastly, this pan comes with a 25 year warranty.
