(More customer reviews)This pan is made of fairly heavy gauge stainless steel, so it bends very little when hot.It's pretty big and deep to hold it's contents and resulting juices.It has convenient handles and a nice edge all around to tuck an aluminum foil covering.I prefer enamel pans for cooking and ease of cleaning, but this is an excellent value.It did come with one of those nuisance stickers on the bottom of the pan.You'll have to soak it in hot water or scrub it off with citrasolv or alcohol.
