(More customer reviews)I was very impressed with the performance of this pan.I have baked with other "silverstone" type pans that are readily available at mass merchandisers, but found I was replacing them due to warping and wear atleast twice a year. Not with the Chicago Metallic line!This pan cooksvery evenly.I noticed a difference immediately when I switched.Mycasseroles and especially my cakes came out better than with any previouspan. You will have to experiment when using it for the first or second timeto determine the temperature and time changes to make to the receipe.Ifound that the recommended time/temperature change worked well for me. Cleanup is very easy.I am so impressed with this pan that I am one by onereplacing all of my bakeware with the Chicago Metallic Professional line.

(More customer reviews)This pan is ok... and to be honest I bought it because it was yellow and love to add funky objects to my kitchen collection.I used this to roast my very first Thanksgiving turkey.It did a good job, and I like that it can double as a large pan for school or work goodies.

Some down sides to this product is that it is pretty lightweight and you can not use it above 400 degrees - which was a downer when I was going to make gravy using the pan drippings.

If I had to buy it all over again I probably wouldn't.It is NOT worth $40...

(More customer reviews)I have a countertop microwave convection oven, and this item is a great fit.THE PAN:While the pan was designed to catch any juices/excess oil from roasting, the pan may be used on its own as it is deep enough for making oven fries, roasting vegetables, making lasagna.THE RACK:The rack can fit one medium sized chicken, or two cornish hens side by side.The height of the rack is just right; it is high enough to let the hot air circulate underneath the item being cooked (e.g. reheating slices of pizza or deep fried foods), but it still has some clearance below the flange of the outer pan to minimize spatters outside the pan.I'm very happy with this item.

(More customer reviews)I spend several days fishing the back country waterways of Quebec....primarily walleyes and then we fry them in a round non-stick frying pan sitting on top of a "turkey frier" propane stand.......trust me, the round pan we used to use can't compare to this new rectangular one.......the pan I just bought fits perfectly on top of the stand and your able to fry several more pieces without having them all scrunched up.......I am perfectly pleased......clean up is a breeze......no long handle makes it easy to store and pack. This method is a lot easier then deep frying.
