(More customer reviews)Quite simply, it does the job but it is a bit flimsy.A minor thing was the knob was not pre-drilled properly so the knob didn't screw on all the way.Also, the handle could stand to be a bit longer.It got us thru the night but if you are a diehard roaster, invest in a heavy-duty one.
