(More customer reviews)I just bought this a couple weeks ago and have already used it three or four times. I've roasted and couple chickens and mire poix for stocks. I've haven't had any issues with. The pan is quite thick which allows you to use it on the stove top and make a pan sauce once you finish roasting.

The other reviewer seemed concerned that the finish might not be stainless steel-well, let me tell you that it is in fact stainless steel. The interior does have a slight matte finish and cleans up nicely with a good abrasive pad.
