(More customer reviews)Although this is a very nice looking kitchen item, it has not been found usable by us yet. Serrano peppers might be the only pepper that fit these holes, but they are usually too skinny to be "stuffed".
When I first got this item, I purchased some jalapeno's that seemed skinnier in size than most and they were still too big for these holes. The holes are about the size of a quarter. NO wait, I just tried putting a quarter over the holes and a quarter is too big. A NICKEL fits perfectly inside the holes, with no gap around the edge. So, look at the size of a nickel and see if you can think of a pepper that these would be good for.
So far, this just looks pretty, but is not functional. :(The corer that comes with it works nicely for jalapeno's though. If someone out there has used this for another kind of pepper successfully please share!!!
