(More customer reviews)This is a good roasting dish.It's 11 inches long and 8 inches wide.Good for side dishes for small entrees.Too small for main dishes.If you have any kind of enameled cast iron you know what to expect.If not: excellent for even cooking, great for cooktop-to-oven foods, and easier to cleanup than regular cast iron.Downside: can't handle rapid heating or cooling (the enamel will crack) and you should use silicon utensils with it to avoid scratching the enamel.I've put mine through the paces with no complaints and banged it a few times with no chipping.Staub and Le Creuset make the best enameled cast iron out there so while it cost a little more it will last a lot longer.
Price wise this goes on sale for about $40 now and then - so if you are on a budget watch for a sale.
