(More customer reviews)I got these yesterday. The pans had a paper label glued onto the cooking surface. The glue wouldn't come off with soap and hot water. If this happens to you, use a cooking oil spray, like PAM. Let it soak for about 45 minutes and then simply wipe with a paper towel.
As far as performance, too soon to say, but they are bargain-priced and I expect they will last a while. I don't expect them to be fantastic for six bucks!
