telfon lined, cleans easy. Very roomy. I saw this pan advertised
in a few places that claimed it was "covered" but the pan is not
a covered pan. Pan includes a strong V rack to hold roast, chicken
or turkey.I cooked a 25 lb turkey without a problem. Heats evenly
and super fast clean up. Very pleased.
