(More customer reviews)This pan is too light.The bottom buckles and twists.I used this to slow-cook a roast the first time and sprayed it with cooking spray first.I cooked the roast at 325 without using the rack.The roast was fine.The pan was not.I thought I would never get it clean (in fact I never really did).Grease and frond stuck to the pan like glue.Back to using foil for me.
