This is a GREAT ROASTER! I have already made two chickens at once in it, a 22lb turkey and a huge ham another time. My son raved about the ham, which he doesn't usually eat, and couldn't get enough. My husband couldn't get over how moist the turkey and chicken were.
If you are looking for a great roaster with a cover, this is the pan. My husband's family is also buying one since they were invited to my turkey dinner. The compliments were flying all night. I might consider CHEF school, lol
Great roaster, not that heavy, great price and cleans up well.
The only thing: they have given me a cheap insert for the bottom of the pan, I didn't use it. I didn't want it to scratch the inside of the pan. Besides I didn't need it.
