(More customer reviews)Just cut the top off of the garlic and dab it with olive oil and black pepper, then put it in this thing (after soaking it in water for a minute) and put in the oven for half an hour, garlic comes out creamy and spreadable like butter with a great roasted flavor that you can't get out of prepackaged roasted garlic. Just spread it straight onto bread and bake for garlic bread, or add the roasted garlic to soup for a great flavor you can't get any other way.
