(More customer reviews)I tried to roast a 3.3 pound chicken on this, but the sides of the rack would not hold up - kept slipping out of the grooves.It scares me to think what would have happened if it had failed inside the hot oven or while I was taking a hot chicken from the hot oven ... ... !!
