(More customer reviews)Terra cotta is the best containers for cooking juicy, tender foods. This terra cotta roaster is no exception. The garlic comes out soft, moist and not over done, as long as the instructions are followed. The secret is soaking the lid in water...DO NOT overlook this step.
This is the only kind of roaster I will buy and I highly recommend it for connisseurs (sp?) of foods well done!
