(More customer reviews)Clearly the amazon description says "hard anodized aluminum" when in fact it's just mediocre steel.I specifically spent an hour looking for the anodized aluminum. The lid is pretty solid for steel.The bottom is weak and thinner than the lid.I think the roaster is overpriced for steel.If I can figure out how to I will attach a photo of the box where the actual material is described to this review.
